My Judo History
I have been active in the sport of judo for 28 years. I have been a judo black belt for 20 years. I competed in over 20 tournaments, provincial qualifiers and Masters level tournaments. I have competed in the Canadian Masters in 2004, 2005, and 2008. I competed in the World Masters in 2005 and the Hatashta International in 2006, 2007 and 2008. I believe that through tournament judo, not only can you can push your limits and achieve personal goals, you make yourself into something more than you are.

Monday Evenings
- Judo Kids : 6:30 – 7:30 pm
- Judo Adults: 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Wednesday Evenings
- Judo Kids: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
- Judo Adults: 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Thursday Evenings
- Introduction to Sambo: 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Saturday Mornings
- Combined Adults and Kids class: 11:30am to 12:30pm
